Potato Chremsel

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and peeled (4 Potatoes)
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Potato starch 1 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 2 , stiffly beaten
  Butter/Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mash potatoes.
2. In a bowl, take egg yolks, salt, pepper and potato starch. Beat well.
3. Add egg whites.
4. In a skillet, melt butter.
5. Pour potato mixture over it by the tablespoon.
6. Fry it till it browns. Turn it and brown the other side too.

SERVING
7. Serve Potato Chremsel with sour cream or applesauce.
