Ingredients
  Agria potatoes 1 Kilogram
  Cream 150 Milliliter
  Milk 150 Milliliter
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Butter 50 Gram
  Mozzarella 50 Gram (Buffalo)
  Tomatoes 6 (Semi Dried)
Directions

Bring potatoes to the boil in salted cold water.
Heat the cream, milk and nutmeg until it comes to a simmer. Strain potatoes and
place back into pot on a low heat. Mash potatoes and add 50gms butter, salt and
pepper.
To finish mix in the buffalo mozzarella and semi dried tomatoes.
Serve
