Decadent Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Pound, peeled and cut into quarters or chunks
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream/Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a heavy saucepan, put the potatoes.
2 Add in enough cold water to cover.
3 Cover the pan with a lid and bring to a boil.
4 Boil until very soft and tender.
5 Drain the potatoes well and set aside.
6 In the same pan add the butter, and melt.
7 Meanwhile, in another pan, bring the cream or milk to a boil.
8 Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes or beat with an electric mixer.
9 Blend in the butter and hot cream or milk.
10 Add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
11 Serve at once.

TIP
To store, cover with a thin layer of hot cream or milk.
