Hazel's Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 Pound (450 g)
  Olive oil 45 Milliliter (3 tbsp)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C.

MAKING
2. Peel potato and cut into pieces.
3. In a saucepan boil water and add potato pieces. Cook for 15 minutes till potato is well cooked.
4. Drain the excess water.
5. In an oven proof dish heat oil.
6. Add potatoes and sprinkle lemon juice.
7. Bake 25 minutes till the potatoes are light brown.

SERVING
8. Serve Hazel'S Potatoes hot.
