Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 Pound, boiled and sliced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Pint
  Chopped gherkins 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped capers 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped gherkins, capers, onion and parsley together.
2) Add the potato slices and toss well to combine.
3) Season with salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
4) Serve the Potato Piquant with grilled or fried fish.
