Cheesy Baked Potato Skins
|Potato||1 , baked|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Peppers||1⁄2 , chopped (Red / Grenn)|
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Slice baked potato in half.
3. Remove inside of potato.
4. Place in a bowl. (fry with onions for breakfast)
5. Place the skin of potato on a foil.
6. Add your favorite cheese to the skin.
7. Add red/green peppers, some more cheese, and chives.
8. Place the foil in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
9. Enjoy with sour cream.
