Mashed Rutabaga And Potatoes
|Rutabaga||1 Large, peeled and diced|
|Hot milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (If Needed)|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
1) Cut the rutabaga and cook them. Drain the rutabaga and keep aside.
2) Cook potatoes for 30 minutes in boiling water. Drain the potatoes and remove the skins.
3) Mix together rutabagas and potatoes.
4) Mash the mixture with butter, salt and pepper.
5) Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve the dish.
6) Add hot milk if the mixture becomes very dry.
