Spicy Crunchy Potato Wedges

Potato wedges is another favorite snack food of many. In this recipe, we have used herbs and and some spices for seasoning. You can try your own seasoning for your favourite wedges.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 1⁄2 Pound
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (17 degrees C).
2. Wash, peel, and cut potato wedges.
3. Place them in a bowl.
4. Add mayonnaise, olive oil, and bread crumbs.
5. Sprinkle with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and oregano.
6. Coat wedges with them.
7. Arrange potato wedges in a baking pan.
8. Place the pan in the oven and bake for an hour until crisp.
9. Enjoy with your favorite seasoning.
