Microwave Scalloped Potatoes
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Thin skinned potatoes||4 Medium (Peeled)|
1. In a microwave glass casserole, mix all the ingredients except the potatoes. Cook the mixture covered on ROAST (7) for 10 to 12 minutes or until thickened. Turn twice during cooking.
2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then into 1/4-inch slices and tip into the thickened sauce. Cook covered on HIGH (9) for 17 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Turn once during the cooking process
3. Serve hot
