Pan Scalloped Cheddar Potatoes

Pan scalloped potatoes is a very simple recipe. The potatoes taste mild and yummy with herbs. There is little cheesy taste also.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, cut into rings
  Potato 2 , sliced
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 400 F.

MAKING
2. In an oven safe skillet, add onion, potatoes, and chicken broth, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine flour, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and milk, mix well
4. Uncover the skillet, add butter, flour mix and stir slightly. Add in the parsley and cheddar cheese.
5. Bake at 400 F for 5 minutes.

SERVING
6. Season with chives and serve.
