Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Large
For boursin cheese filling
  Boursin cheese with garlic 10 Ounce (2 Packets Of 142 Grams / 5 Ounce Each)
  Double cream 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Thyme 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Marjoram/Oregano 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Oregano sprigs/Parsley sprigs 2 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
For prawn and cheese filling
  Full fat soft cheese 8 Ounce (200 Grams, Packet Creamer)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Peeled prawns 4 Ounce (725 Grams)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Anchovies 2 , finely chopped
  Spring onions 2 , chopped
  Pepper To Taste
For sour cream filling
  Soured cream 10 Fluid Ounce (1 Carton, Canon / 284 Milliliter)
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Snipped chives 3 Tablespoon
  Dill 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Dill sprigs/Chervil sprigs 2 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

MAKING
2) For the filling, in a bowl, combine the filling ingredients and mix well.
3) Cover with cling film and refrigerate.
4) Fork the potatoes and brush with oil.
5) Place in the oven for 50 minutes till nearly cooked.
6) Leave the potatoes in the oven till cooked or if desired, place on hot charcoal for 15 minutes till cooked. Turn occasionally.

SERVING
7) Serve with the chosen filling.
