Braised Celery and Potato

Ingredients
  Potatoes 8 Medium
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery head 1 Medium
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery leaves 2 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Remove the potato skin and slice them thick.
2.Rinse celery and cut in 1 inch sticks.

MAKING
3.Take a pan with water sufficient to cover the potatoes along with 1 teaspoon salt and place the potatoes in it.
4.Cook the potataoes until they are three fourth cooked.
5.Turn off the flame and drain the potatoes.
6.In a pan heat the butter on medium flame and add potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and celery.
7.Saute the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
8.Add wine and let the mixture boil.
9.Lower the flame and simmer after putting the lid on for 3- 4 minutes.

SERVING
10.Serve warm garnished with celery leaves.
