2. In a large pan, place the soup, milk, onion and the pepper and mix well. Place the pan on the heat and heat gently on low heat
3. Add the cheese to the pan and stir till melted
4. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and then scoop out the center of the potatoes. Place the centers in a bowl
5. Add the soup mixture and beat well till blended and fluffy. Fold in the crab mixture and spoon it back into the potato shells
6. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
