Creamy Savory Potatoes
|Chopped onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked potatoes||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
1. In a large saucepan, tip in the bacon till it is crisp and cooked through. Remove the bacon and then crumble.
2. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the dripping and then add the onions to the pan. SautÃ© on low heat till tender
3. Add the soup and pepper to the pan and blend well in milk.
4. Add the potatoes and heat till cooked through.
5. Serve hot
