Chunky Chicken Hash
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Boned chicken/Diced cooked chicken or turkey - 1 cup, turkey||5 Ounce (1 can)|
|Canned cut green beans||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Diced pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs) (hot)|
1) In a saucepan, combine the mushroom soup and milk together, blend thoroughly.
2) Stir in the chicken, green beans, pimiento, nutmeg, and pepper.
3) Stir occasionally and cook over a low heat, until thoroughly heated.
4) Spoon the Chunky Chicken Hash over a bed of cooked rice and serve immediately.
