|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
1 In a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, place frozen hash brown potatoes.
2 Cover using a plastic wrap and microwave at high (100% power),for 3 minutes.
3 Add in cottage cheese, sour cream, green onion, parsley, garlic and salt.
4 Combine well and dot with butter.
5 Cover with a plastic wrap; microwave at high (100% power),for 4 minutes. Stir.
6 Cover using a paper towel and micro wave at high (100% power),for 2 minutes.
7 Remove from the oven
8 Let stand for 5 minutes, covered with paper towel, before serving.
