A raw vegan recipe for a delicious raw food cauliflower mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Macadamia nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seed oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dulse 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.

Thank you for the Raw Recipes, Keep posting, I have snagged 2 of my friends from Louisiana into this adventure with me, and they really need video recipes. I do prefer the Jicama recipe, but Cauliflower is old faithful.
