Home Fried Potatoes
|Boiled potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Onions||3 Small, diced|
Saute potatoes in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
Remove and set aside.
Add onions to the pan.
Cook until transparent.
Add more butter if necessary.
Return potatoes to pan and mix with onions.
Cook all together, pressing down on the mixture with a spatula.
Cook until crisp brown on both sides.
