Ingredients
  Potatoes au gratin 5 Ounce
  Cold water 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diagonally sliced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Frankfurters 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, empty the potatoes and cover with a lid
2) Reserve the cheese mix
3) Add water and butter and bring the mixture to a boil
4) Lower the flame and cook on a low heat for 20 minutes
5) Using a sharp knife, cut each frankfurter into 4 portions
6) Once the potatoes are simmered low, add the cheese mixture
7) Tip in the mustard
8) Add in the celery and frankfurters
9) Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes stirring at least once

SERVING
10) Serve the dish warm
