Turkey Hash With Fresh Herbs
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Ground sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly ground|
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in saucepan, blend in flour, cream and hashish.
Stir until thickened.
Add turkey and all the other ingredients except remaining butter.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add turkey mixture.
Saute uncovered 25 minutes.
Brown under broiler before serving.
