|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Cut each potato into 4 quarters.
In 1-cup (250 mL) bowl, micro-cook butter until melted.
Dip each potato wedge into butter and arrange buttered side up on microwave-safe dinner plate.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Cover with plastic wrap, turning back 1 corner to vent.
Micro-cook at high for 5 minutes.
Rearrange potatoes, moving those on outside to centre, and those in centre to outside edge.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and drizzle with remaining butter; re-cover and micro-cook at high for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
