Ingredients
  Potatoes 4
  Carrots 6
  Egg 1
  Cheddar cheese/Parmesan/gruyere cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, molten
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Topping)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Scrub the potatoes and carrots

MAKING
2. Cook both opf them in boiling salted water till tender; peel, mash and combine in a bowl
3. In another bowl, beat together egg with cheese, molten butter, sour cream, salt and pepper
4. Blend the egg mixture with the carrots and potatoes and place the resulting mixture in an ovenproof serving dish
5. Dot wih a little butter on top and sprinkle some more cheese; place under the broiler and cook till the top is browned

SERVING
6. Serve as required
