Ingredients
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green peppers 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Red peppers 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 500 Milliliter
Directions

Chop all vegetables very well, then combine, mix well, and cover with boiling water; let stand for 5 minutes.
Drain well, add remainder of ingredients, & boil gently for 25 minutes.
Can & seal.
