Country Style Potatoes
|Canned whole white potatoes||2 Can (20 oz) (No. 303 Taylor's)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
1) Slice drained potatoes into small pieces.
2) In a skillet, add melted butter and then stir in potatoes and seasonings.
3) Lightly brown the potatoes, stirring occasionally.
4) Mix in chopped onion and cook them for a few minutes until they are hot but still crisp.
5) Serve at once.
