|Ground thyme||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Browning sauce||1 Teaspoon, diluted in 1 tablespoon water|
|Tomato||1 Medium, diced|
1 In a 9-inch skillet, add oil and heat
2 Add garlic and saute stirring constantly until lightly browned.
3 Add turkey, celery, and seasonings.
4 Saute, stirring constantly, until celery is tender and turkey is no longer pink.
5 Stir in the diluted browning sauce.
6 Lower the heat and add in tomato.
7 Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
8 Serve hot.
