1. In a large pan, tip in water and boil it.
2. Add the potatoes to the water and cook till done. This should take about 20-30 minutes
3. Remove the skins if required or leave them on.
4. Prepare a dressing by combining dill and sour cream, chopped mint, parsley, and chives.
5. Cover the potatoes and mix well
6. Serve hot immediately
