Rosemary and Sage Potatoes
|Baking potatoes||2 Large|
|Rosemary||1 Tablespoon, finely minced|
|Dried sage||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon, coarsely ground|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
1 Throughly scrub the potatoes to remove any blemishes.
2 Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3 Slice each potato to about 1/2 inch thickness.
4 In a single layer, arrange the potato slices in the grill and sprinkle with rosemary, sage, pepper and salt.
5 Grill for 7-9 minutes.
6 Repeat the procedure with the remaining slices.
7 Serve immediately.
