1 Throughly clean the potatoes and slice them to about 1/4-inch thickness.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3 In a small bowl, add the margarine, honey and cinnamon and stir until smooth.
4 Place the potato slices in the grill and cook for 3 minutes.
5 Put the honey butter over the potatoes and grill for another 4-6 minutes.
6 The butter will melt and will run into the drip tray.
7 On a serving platter, arrange the grilled potatoes and sprinkle some melted honey butter. Serve.
