Potato And Cheese Pie
|Cooked mashed potato/1 pound raw potatoes||1⁄2 Pound|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Ounce|
1. Preheat the oven at 380°F.
2. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
3. In a saucepan, heat the milk and add the mashed potato with cheese. Season well. And Heat thoroughly.
4. Take a well-buttered 1-1 1/2-pint pie dish, add the mixture spread evenly and rough the top up using fork.
5. Place the baking dish in the oven until brown.
6. Serve at once with either sausages or fried eggs.
