Country Mashed Potatoes
|Potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Steam the potatoes for approximately 20-30 minutes until they become soft.
2) Drain the potatoes and mash them with a hand masher or electric mixer.
3) Combine spices, milk, and butter and blend them in a blender for smoother potatoes or either mix well with hands.
4) Serve it with butter or use it as a base for shepherd's pie, vegetable pie, or other similar dishes.
