1. Finely chop the turkey meat
2. Add the chopped turkey meat in a saucepan and blend in the cream and butter.
3. Place the pan over a medium low flame and simmer, stirring frequently until the cream comes to a boil and thickens.
4. Season turkey with salt and butter.
5. Ladle the turkey over hot rice, pasta or toast and serve.
