Parsley New Potatoes

Ingredients
  New potatoes 2 Pound (Tiny Sized)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Clean and scrape potatoes.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan boil salted water and cook potatoes in it for 15 to 20 minutes.
3) Drain the potatoes. Peel if desired.
4) In a saucepan melt butter. Add parsley and lemon juice.
5) Pour the mixture over hot potatoes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
