Nutmeg Cheese Potatoes
|Potatoes||2 Pound (Boiled In Skins)|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Gruyere cheese||1⁄4 Pound, grated|
Add milk (amount depends upon dryness of potatoes) and beat until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
Turn into a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in preheated hot oven (400° F.).
Place under broiler for 2 or 3 minutes to brown lightly.
