BAKED FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients
  Yukon gold potatoes 4
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut 3 or 4 Yukon Gold potatoes into strips. Boil them for 3 minutes, drain and dry them, then toss them with 2 tablespoons peanut oil and salt to taste. Roast them at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then broil them for 5 to 10 minutes, turning them once, until they are brown and slightly crisp.
