Buttermilk Sweet Potato Puree

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 1 1⁄4 Pound, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamom/Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put potatoes in a microwavable bowl with water and partially cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave until fork-tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
Transfer potatoes to a food processor.
Add buttermilk, butter, salt, and cardamom.
Process until smooth.
Serve as desired.
