|Mashed potato flakes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Take a casserole, mix milk, butter, water and salt, cover and cook for about 2 minutes or till the mixture starts boiling.
2. Add potato flakes, onion salt, egg and sour cream and mix thoroughly.
3. Add cheese, cover and cook for about 4 minutes or till the mixture turns hot.
4. Serve hot.
