Makes Ahead Mashed Potatoes
|Hot water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Instant potato flakes||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Fat free cream cheese||4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|No fat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Land O Lakes)|
|Reduced calorie margarine||1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Dried onion flakes||1 Teaspoon, dried|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine water and potatoes, mixing well with a fork.
Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, margarine, onion flakes, and black pepper.
Lightly sprinkle top with paprika.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
