Makes Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Hot water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Instant potato flakes 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Fat free cream cheese 4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  No fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Land O Lakes)
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Dried onion flakes 1 Teaspoon, dried
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine water and potatoes, mixing well with a fork.
Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, margarine, onion flakes, and black pepper.
Lightly sprinkle top with paprika.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
