Subtle Potato Potage

Ingredients
  Diced potatoes 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Leeks/2 cups sliced green onion 1 Pound, sliced
  Water 2 Quart
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned chicken broth 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a Dutch oven, boil together the leeks, potatoes, salt and water.
2) Simmer the ingredients in low heat for an hour.
3) Take out from the heat.
4) Mash the ingredients in liquid.
5) Let the mashed vegetable mixture cool down.
6) Add parsley flakes into the mixture and stir.
7) Add whipping cream
8) Finally, pour chicken broth and chill.

SERVING
9) Serve with bread or tortilla.
