Don't have eggs in your pantry and you wann make potato delights? Welcome to BakingMama collection of eggless recipes. This recipe of potato delights will guide you to prepare even more flavorful potato delights without eggs for you and your loved ones.
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste (good pinch of salt)
  Baking powder 6 Teaspoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potatoes 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (approximately)
  Cooked mashed potatoes 8 Ounce

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add butter by grating in, or cutting into thin flakes with a knife.
Do not rub in.
Add pota- toes and mix well.
Add sufficient milk to bring to a soft rolling-out dough.
Roll out on a floured board to about 1/4" thickness.
Cut with a 31/2" serrated cutter.
Fold rounds over into halves and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450° F for about 15 minutes.
Cool and split, and fill with grated cheese.
These may be put into a warm oven till the cheese is melted, if liked.
