Crab Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 4
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (No Substitute)
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 4 Tablespoon
  Sharp cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Canned crabmeat 5 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tabasco sauce To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
Cut in half lengthwise; scoop outpotato and whip with remaining ingredients.
Refill shells and reheat at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
These freeze nicely.
