Cheese Potato Crisps
|Melted margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|Shredded american cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rice cereal||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
Brush melted margarine over bottom of jelly roll pan.
Cut potatoes in lengthwise slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
Arrange slices in single layer, turning once to coat both sides with margarine.
Sprinkle potatoes with salt, then with cheese.
Top with crushed cereal.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
