Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Pound, mashed (900 Gram)
  Cream 1⁄4 Pint (50 Milliliter)
  Butter 1⁄4 Pint (50 Gram)
  Egg yolks 2 Large
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch (1 Small Pinch)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (100°C).
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat well with a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients together thoroughly.
Spoon the mixture into a pastry tube with a large star nozzle and either squeeze out the mixture into a baking dish, or squeeze out individual circles on a greased baking sheet.
Place the dish or baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
