Garlic Mashed Potatoes
|Potatoes||2 Pound, mashed (900 Gram)|
|Cream||1⁄4 Pint (50 Milliliter)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Pint (50 Gram)|
|Egg yolks||2 Large|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), crushed|
|Nutmeg||1 Pinch (1 Small Pinch)|
Preheat the oven to 375°F (100°C).
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat well with a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients together thoroughly.
Spoon the mixture into a pastry tube with a large star nozzle and either squeeze out the mixture into a baking dish, or squeeze out individual circles on a greased baking sheet.
Place the dish or baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
