Ingredients
  Mashed potato 4 Ounce (cooked)
  Melted butter 4 Ounce
  Flour 4 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients and knead to a soft dough, handling as little as possible.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes, then roll out to 3/4 inch thickness.
Cut out half moons and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Bake in hot oven on a greased baking dish for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
