Scalloped Potatoes With Cheese

Ingredients
  Diced boiled potatoes 5 Cup (80 tbs) (With Peelings)
  Creamy cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Minced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

Combine cottage cheese, cream, onion, etc.
Fold in potatoes.
Using a 1 1/2 qt. buttered casserole, pour in mixture - top with cheese, and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
