Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well-beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Cooked sliced new potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Saute onion in butter; combine with sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Place potatoes in buttered 1-quart casserole and pour sour cream sauce over top.
Top with shredded cheddar.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
