Gorgonzola Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  New red potatoes 2 Pound, halved (900 Gram)
  Whole garlic cloves 4 Large
  Gorgonzola cheese 1⁄4 Pound (113 Gram)
  Half and half 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place potato and garlic cloves in a saucepan with enough water to cover.
Add salt and cook until tender.
Drain and add the cheese, half-and-half, and oil.
Mash by hand; an electric mixer will make the potatoes too gummy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
