Perfect Mashed Potatoes
|Potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into quarters, cooked, peeled and drained (700 Gram)|
|Hot milk/Cream||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
Put the potatoes in a large saucepan and put the pan over moderate heat.
Shake the pan over the heat for a few minutes to dry the potatoes out.
Mash the potatoes in the pan, gradually adding the butter and the milk.
Season to taste and finish off by beating the potatoes with a wooden spoon.
