|Butter||1⁄2 Pound, melted|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cook potatoes for about 20 minutes in boiling water.
Let cool and peel.
Break up coarsely, but do not mash.
Add butter, salt, and pepper; combine and mix ingredients.
Put into baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
Pour heavy cream over potatoes and butter mixture; let stand about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes in a 175-degree oven or until cheese is melted.
