|Green onion/2 green onions or 1 bunch spring onions||2|
|Celery salt||To Taste|
|Grated cheese||6 Ounce|
Cook potatoes, skin and dice them.
Grease casserole dish, and place layers of potato, onions, celery salt and seasoning.
Add milk and top with grated cheese.
Dot with butter and bake with lid on at 400Â°F.
for 20 minutes.
Remove lid and bake further 10 minutes or until browned.
