|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk/Sour cream||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Wash the potatoes thoroughly but do not peel them.
Dry, prick with a fork and bake in a hot oven till soft.
Slit in half lenthwise and scoop out.
Add pulp to the butter, pepper and salt, grated cheese and a little milk and mash.
Return the mixture to the shells sprinkle a little cheese on top and put in a hot oven or under the grill for 5-10 Mins.
Note: alternative fillings, instead of the cheese try hot green peas with a little butter; chopped fried onions.
Tomato puree may be used instead of the milk.
